Labor shortage in Serbia: which sectors struggle and what are the solutions?

The lack of manpower in Serbia begins with the fact that most people, after obtaining qualifications, go to some of the Western Europe countries and look for jobs in foreign countries. The majority of workers who go to one of the foreign countries are not satisfied with the working conditions and salaries offered to them in Serbia.
