We don’t have a unique price for the market, our offer is adaptable to the agreement with your company.
The costs that are fixed are those that are paid toward state institutions and refer to the costs of issuing visas and residence permits, the current price of fixed costs is €350 per worker.
- What is the average time that passes from the signing of the contract to the arrival of the worker in Serbia?
It usually takes between 3 to 6 months from the signing of the contract to the arrival of the workers.
Our Experience has shown us that sometimes this process can be extended to more than 6 months, it all depends on the time it takes to issue visas for workers to come to Serbia.
- What is the role of the employer in the hiring process?
We handle all the bureaucracy-related parts for you, but we also need your help as employers with:
- Recruitment – after we finished the selection of workers for you, you as the employer make the final decision based on recorded or direct interviews with your potential workers from Asia.
- We need your help with contracts and power of attorney for submitting applications for work visas and residence permits.
- Together with you, we also solve some logistical matters such as accommodation and food.
- What happens if the workers don’t know how to do the job they are recruited for or don't manage it properly?
According to your requirements, we employ only workers who have experience working in a certain field and provide detailed information about their obligations and the work they will do. We conduct detailed tests and interviews so that you as an employer can select the workers that suit the best for your business.
- What does the process of the arrival of workers from Asia to Serbia look like?
Process of the arrival of workers is:
- Signing a contract with our agency, which starts the process of selection of workers.
- Selection of workers that match the needs of your company.
- Obtaining visas and work permits.
- Bringing in workers.
- How is the payment for the recruitment service made?
Payment for the recruitment service is made in 4 installments:
- 25% – at the time of signing the contract with our agency.
- 25% – after the selection of workers is completed.
- 25% – after visas are issued to workers.
- 25% – after the workers arrival in Serbia.

- Are there any tax or other benefits when it comes to hiring workers from Asia?
There are no tax benefits for employers who hire workers from Asia.
- Whose responsibility are the workers when it comes to health and safety at work?
The health and safety at work of workers from Asia is your responsibility as an employer, same as is the case with employees of Serbian nationality.
As an employer, you should also pay special attention to discrimination, which is punishable by law, especially because your new employee isn’t a citizen of Serbia.
- What is the minimum wage and allowed working hours for an Asian worker?
The salary can’t be lower than one prescribed by the Labor Law of the Republic of Serbia, or lower than the salary determined by the collective agreement for a certain business sector.
Working hours and allowed break time are determined by the Labor Law of the Republic of Serbia or the collective agreement, and they apply to all employees employed by the company.
- What should I, as an employer, do if a worker from Asia behaves violently?
Any act that is contrary to the law should be reported to the police and sanctioned in accordance with the law.
- As an employer, can I keep the passports and work permits of workers from Asia?
By law, the employer does not have the right to keep the employees personal documents.

- What foreign languages do the workers who are employed through Resursi know?
It all depends on the criteria and requirements of your company. The main request is knowledge of the English language, but we have to say that time has shown us that workers who come from Asia are willing to learn Serbian and are quick to learn it.
- Who greets the workers at the airport?
Asian workers at the airport should be met by one of your company’s representatives and provided with transportation from the airport to the accommodation.
It is also possible to arrange for one of our agency representatives to meet the workers at the airport and organize their transport, which in this case is charged additionally.
- Who is paying for the plane ticket?
Our experience has shown that workers who come to Serbia are willing to pay for a plane ticket by themselves, if they have a slightly higher salary.
If the workers come to work for the minimum wage, then the plane ticket is usually bought by the company for which the workers will work.
