  • What is the role of the employer in the hiring process?

    We handle all the bureaucracy-related parts for you, but we also need your help as employers with:

    1. Recruitment – after we finished the selection of workers for you, you as the employer make the final decision based on recorded or direct interviews with your potential workers from Asia.
    2. We need your help with contracts and power of attorney for submitting applications for work visas and residence permits.
    3. Together with you, we also solve some logistical matters such as accommodation and food.

    The costs that are fixed are those that are paid toward state institutions and refer to the costs of issuing visas and residence permits. The current price of fixed costs is €350 per worker.

  • What is the average time that passes from the signing of the contract to the arrival of the worker in Serbia?

    It usually takes between 3 and 6 months from the signing of the contract to the arrival of the workers.

    Our Experience has shown us that sometimes this process can be extended to more than 6 months, it all depends on the time it takes to issue visas for workers to come to Serbia.
